- Construct 2D computer /initial design (no charge).
- Second meeting to review initial budgets and move into conceptual design if needed.
- Put together estimate and specifications. You can utilize this information for competitive estimates and or utilize us to move forward with the construction of the project.
- We’ve teamed up with a landscape architect with his masters degree if needed to bring it to the next level.
- We can fully handle all permitting necessary by the city and or county.

Some landscape architects charge 20 times that amount. We also have a landscape architect with his masters degree on the team ready for any additional help we may need.
